1. Introduction

 

These terms and conditions govern your use of our cake bakery services and website. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services or website.

 

2. Cake Orders

 

All cake orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Changes to orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional charges. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance, otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 

Prices for our basic cakes and services are as stated on our website and are subject to change without notice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering for custom cake orders.  The deposit will be applied to the final total and is used to conform the order and secure the pickup date.  Final payments are required prior to pickup.  We accept payment by Apple Pay and Zelle.

 

4. Delivery

 

We offer delivery services for an additional fee. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damage to cakes after delivery has been completed.

 

5. Cakes

 

All our cakes are made to order and may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. We take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that our cakes are allergen-free. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our cakes.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website, including images and text, is our intellectual property and may not be used without our permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maryland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.
